Big Red Pest Management has been providing professional Pest Control Services for all areas on the Gold Coast since 1979, that’s over thirty years.

We are based at Ashmore and service from Yatala in the north to Kingscliff in the south and of course, everywhere in between. For large contracts we also cover the Brisbane CBD.

All of our Pest Control Technicians hold a current Queensland Licence and we only use the best quality pest chemicals to ensure the job’s done right the first time. We also offer our “GREEN” spray for those clients who prefer the greener alternative.

All chemicals used by Big Red Pest Management have been approved by the Australian Pesticides & Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA). We endeavour to use the lowest toxic products available for the applications. However, I believe we consume enough chemicals in our diet, air, water, etc., so I’d rather be over protective and try not to breathe in it. Some other companies will tell you it’s safe enough to spray onto your body, with no after effect. We are all different, our bodies do not process the same way. What one person may be OK with, another will be violently ill. So in light of that, we always err on the side of caution.

We offer total support, if at any time you are not 100% happy with the work, our Pest Control Operations Manager will happily return at no extra cost to yourself and redo the work until you are satisfied with the end result. If you’re not happy, we are not happy as we take pride in our work. Our reputation is everything as most of our pest control Gold Coast work comes from referrals; we want you to tell your friends and colleagues about us.

Difference being, Big Red Services only has employees, NOT Sub-Contractors. Hence, our pest control technicians don’t need to do the hard upsell to make up their wages. Our team are all happy and work well together. My technicians have been here from six down to two years, so I guess that says a lot ! A happy employee is a productive employee.

Be sure you are dealing with a reputable Gold Coast pest control company, someone that has been around for at least five (5) to ten (10) years. The stories we could tell you about non-licenced, non-compliance and bad workmanship. You don’t want to deal with a company that has to keep coming back as the job wasn’t done right in the first place. Must fill out for YOU a Notice of Treatment stating all chemicals used on the job.

We leave the decision of spraying inside your Kitchen Cupboards to you. However, if you would like this done, we do ask you to empty all contents out of your cupboards under the bench tops. Why? I won’t allow my guys to spray around cups, plates, bowls, etc., as a mist sits on the top waiting for you and your family to consume later. YUK, I certainly wouldn’t like it and I don’t expect my clients to either. Big Red Pest Management will always gel your cupboard hinges too, another safety precaution.
